iSpring WGB32B 3-Stage Whole House Water Filter

Whole-house filter · 15 GPM · Treats sediment · $517 at iSpring as of Oct 2026

The iSpring WGB32B is a three-stage cartridge system in 20 in. by 4.5 in. Big Blue housings: a 5-micron polypropylene sediment cartridge followed by two coconut-shell carbon blocks. It targets sediment, rust and turbidity plus chlorine (up to 99%, a maker claim), taste and odor, THMs and VOCs. iSpring says it suits city and well water but does not filter out viruses or bacteria or reduce TDS, and it does nothing for iron, manganese or sulfur.

Flow is up to 15 GPM through 1 in. female NPT ports on a steel bracket, at 25-80 psi, 40-100 F and pH 6-9. A cartridge set lasts 100,000 gallons or up to 12 months. The system is 24.5 by 8 by 28 in. and 45 lb, with no power, drain or wastewater. The cartridges are described as third-party tested to meet NSF/ANSI standards; no system certification or standard number is cited.

Price was $516.99 at ispringfilter.com as of Oct 2026 (regular price). Warranty is iSpring's standard 1-year limited term, with paid 3-, 5- and 10-year extensions, 30-day money-back and lifetime tech support. Install is DIY with a manual, video and included housing wrench.

Our take

The WGB32B is a taste-and-odor and sediment polisher for a well whose test came back clean for iron, manganese and bacteria, or as the finishing stage after an iron filter. On an iron well the WGB32BM with its iron and manganese cartridge is the better buy for $19 more. Standard 20 in. cartridges keep replacement easy; the 1-year warranty is the weak point.
